Ghost Of A Hurt: Cassette Edition
Regular readers will know that several years ago I wrote an article about the case of ‘Who Put Bella In The Wych Elm‘, a true crime event that occurred in the early 1940’s that still has reverberations to this day. That article inspired the band The Sinsiter Insult to compose an ‘imaginary soundtrack’ that incorporated field recordings from key locations in the West Midlands, a special ‘Hex’ edition of which was produced last year that has since sold out.
Later this year Cruel Nature Records will release a cassette edition of the album, with a cover of my own design. You can see it here amidst a clutch of other future releases. More details to follow.
